    Great product and service

I’ve reviewed the iSatPhone 2 separately – and am very pleased with it. However, I’m equally impressed by AshburySatcom’s service.
The package was delivered to my door within 2 days of purchase and it was easy to set up and get going with AshburySatcom making sure it’s activated and ‘ready to go’ as soon as I contacted them.
The Quick Start instructions were really useful and succinct – and you can then read the detailed Manual at your leisure (maybe whilst your sitting around the campfire at the end of the day!)
Be careful when you open your pack with the phone in it. The little ‘fob’ that is a ‘mini version’ of the phone isn’t just for advertising the phone on the end of a key ring. Pull it apart and you’ll see that it’s actually a USB Memory stick with all the detailed instructions manual and software upgrade details contained on it!!

    Impressive technology & support

I was very apprehensive before purchasing the Inmarsat phone. Sent many emails to Charles at Ashbury to ensure that I was totally comfortable in purchasing the unit. The service and promptness in email communication & replies at all hours and weekend was exemplary.
This is a quality product, very impressed with the finish, the operation of the phone & feel of the keypad. Tested the phone from the Limpopo River @ Mapangupbwe Game Park including the GPS locations and all applications worked very well. The battery is still on its original charge & after 12 days is on 20% so I’m sure there is most probably another 3 or 4 days before a recharge, this is very impressive and totally unexpected. In general I am very impressed the whole package and the completeness of the website is highly commendable. Well done to the Ashburysatcom team.
