This is our remote IT support service whereby we connect to your computer remotely and troubleshoot problems on your local computer, assist with firmware updates etc.
Its an easy process and its free for customers that currently or previously have had valid a SIM card from Ashbury SatCom.
- Sign up for (buy) our remote assistance service on this page.
- Download and install TeamViewer (just search for it on the web) and then email us your TeamViewer ID and password.
- We’ll phone you and if you’re near your computer when we phone, we’ll go ahead and do the remote support session.
